Company History

Reimer Refrigeration began in the 1970s as a small family-owned and operated business focused on integrity, honesty, and quality service. A satisfied and loyal customer base was our goal. Although our company has evolved over the past 50 years, those principles have remained the same.

Lorne began the business by installing air conditioners in cars and trucks. With time he expanded the business to include residential heating and air conditioning. For a time, Lorne also sold new and used appliances along with servicing all makes. This led to our involvement with commercial refrigeration and ice makers.

Today, Lorne has retired, and his son Phil has continued the business serving commercial and residential customers' needs. We service all makes of furnaces and air conditioners. We sell new Day and Night brand heating and air conditioning systems. We service walk-in and reach-in refrigeration and freezer units, as well as custom-sized refrigeration and freezer units. Ice maker sales, rentals, and service are also a specialty of ours. Our service area has grown to include the following communities: Buhler, Inman, McPherson, Galva, Hillsboro, Peabody, Hesston, Newton, Sedgwick, Bentley, Halstead, and Burrton.
